Account deletion
BeastVault does not offer account deletion inside the app. You may request deletion of your account and the personal data we hold by email. There are no paid subscriptions associated with BeastVault; you do not need to cancel a subscription with us to complete this process.
How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@beastvault.app from the same email address you used to register your BeastVault account. You may write a brief message asking us to delete your account; no specific wording is required. Sending from your registered email address allows us to verify the request.
What happens next
We will process eligible requests and delete your account and associated data on our systems within seven (7) days of receiving your email. After deletion is complete, we will send you one final email to the address we processed, confirming that we have removed your account and related data from our side.
Permanence
Account deletion is not reversible. Once your data has been deleted, we cannot restore your account or recover the information that was removed.
What we remove
We delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account in line with your request, except where the law requires us to retain minimal records (for example, for security, fraud prevention, or compliance).
